The main criteria determining the quality of Ortho Baltic’s services and products are as follows:
- A product shall meet the specifications provided by the customer
- A product shall be produced according to the requirements stipulated in the Technological Manual of the company
- An amount of nonconforming products shall not exceed the level specified by the quality management system of the company
- A product shall be produced in time by observing the production terms agreed with the customer

The Quality Management System of the company has been approved to ISO 9001-2015 and ISO 13485:2016 standards.
