Ortho Baltic participated at the ORTHOPÄDIE SCHUH TECHNIK (OST) trade fair in Köln, Germany in October of 2019.

We are delighted to announce that our company name will be changing as of May 21, 2019 to UAB „Ortho Baltic“ instead of UAB „Baltic Orthoservice“. The company will continue to operate in its current structure and contacts will remain unchanged. Please use only the new company name for all future communication with our company.

The fourth international conference "Make Industry 4.0 Real" dedicated to industrial engineering was held in Kaunas. During the event the award ceremony was held for the first time where Ortho Baltic was announced the winner of the "Industry 4.0 star 2019" competition in the category of small and medium enterprises!

In March Ortho Baltic team participated at ISPO 2019 Congress in Augsburg, Germany. The Congress were held for the first time and it had three hosts: Germany, Austria, Switzerland. During the Congress the main focus was on people with reduced mobility: younger, older, athletic and less active.

The new individual orthopedic footware catalog is filled with the collections of new models, renewed portfolio of lethears, as well as new laser engraving and embroidery options. Take a look!

The OTWorld Congress is the largest and the most important event in the world for orthopedic professionals. Alongside with the Congress the exhibition is being held where world premieres and technological innovations in the area of ​​orthopedics are presented. On 15-18th of May Ortho Baltic team participated at the event in Leipzig, Germany, and presented the latest individual orthopedic footwear design solutions.

April 12-14 the team of Ortho Baltic sales participated in the IVO 2018 World Congress in Toronto, Canada. This event brings together some of the best keynote, plenary and workshop speakers from around the world. In addition to high quality presentations, the Congress featured a tradeshow of 80+ exhibit booths that includes suppliers to the pedorthic and podiatric industries. Ortho Baltic booth received much attention, especially for the new designs of the custom-made orthopedic footwear and 3D printed products. The visitors were interested mostly in a unique concept of 3D printed insoles developed by our R&D department. 

While visiting United States and the AOPA (American Orthotic and Prosthetic Association) Congress in September Ortho Baltic team engaged the attention of O&P Almanac, The Magazine for the Orthotics and Prosthetics Profession.

October 20-21 the team of Ortho Baltic sales participated in the OST or ORTHOPÄDIE SCHUH TECHNIK (Köln, Germany), which is the only specialized trade fair for the  orthopedic shoe technology industry in Europe. The trade fair, the congress and the seminars are aimed at the owners of orthopedic shoe technological companies and at their staff, schools and junior employees as well as manufacturers and dealers from this area.

Ortho Baltic is one of the few enterprises of Lithuania expanding in research and development  areas. The company has initated two subjects for industrial doctoral studies and both of them were approved by the experts from Lithuanian Research Council. Both young researchers are already working at Ortho Baltic.
